Very bad service and customer care

My ewallet number has been blocked for almost 2 weeks,Have been up and down FNB branch and making calls without solution.I even provided proof from MTN that it's my number sad part is am also their client and use same number.The money I have spent making calls and visiting their branch is too much for nothing.And no one is gonna compensate me😭
