Very bad service

This morning i received a notification of a transaction on my account which i did not make.

This triggered me to call the ***** department with whom i was on hold for quite a while. After about 15 minutes, the call was jut ended.

I phoned again, this time successful after 15 minutes, but was then transferred between departments and after the a couple of transfers whomever was the latest person to answer on their side just decided to put the phone down in my ear.

Absolutely useless help centre, and this is definitely not the first time this has happened to me!
