Very bad service

I have insurance on my debit order and revolving loan. I was retrenched in October. I have to phone everytime and remind my bank as they keep deducting the amount every month. Was told by Clinton I can phone him anytime I have tried his number for two weeks now only to have the phone put down in my ear. I am furious.
