Very bad service
You guys phoned me to offer me a loan. Lets get one thing straight here, you phoned me!!!!!<br> A chap by the name of Sylvester from your call centre for loans.<br> I apparently qualify for this loan from FNB and all I need to do is take my proof of address and ID book to the branch and it will be \sorted".<br> Well let me tell you what!!! This guy never gets back to a person"
