Very bad service
Every month I'm being charged for an EDO collection attempt. I query. Money returns. This month same thing. R660 charge for a collection attempt. I mean when will this end. And some consultants don't even know what bank charges are compared to debit orders. Tired with this bank.

02 Jun 2021, 12:31I still haven't received any resolution. The person who called me insisted is debit oders even though I explained it is bank charges. The second person who called me said it is bank charges I should query with general enquiries of which I did before and they gave me the run around. I need those charges reversed
