Very bad service

I have tried to apply for a credit card on mail from the 13th of Aug already. I did sent them all my documents and my debt review clearance certificate. I do not get any response and my score is over 600. And they ask for my documents for the fourth time now. This is very bad service. On the app I app**** but the decline. Your online app shows green for a credit card. I am cleared sent clearance certificate. But I do not get any response. This is not the first time.
