Very bad service

<p>Last month I got a sms saying I have reached 50 % of my soft lock and I few min later 70 % I kept looking on my self-service (phone) and my online banking and it showed I had 1.12 G ANYTIME data left. The next day I checked again and it still showed I had ANYTIME data left. I phoned fnb to find out what is going on I was told that I had no more data left.I told the person but it shows I have data left and while on the phone I checked on my online banking and I told the person what it stated. The person then said that the fnb system did not update my info.I don’t see that its my fault and I still have to be charge because of a problem on fnb side.I then was told that this will be removed from my invoice. So when I checked my invoice on my online banking I saw that I was stilled charged for the data so I phoned again and told the same story again,I have been phoning and phoning and I kept being told that someone will phone me back that just does not happen. Friday I was told Mam you used out of bundle data I GET IT BUT ITS SHOWED I HAD DATA LEFT.Does FNB not get this ????o and I was told I will be phoned back on Monday nope that did not happen. I just phoned again I was told the same story and I had to tell my story again and jip was told again someone will phone me back.</p>
