Very Bad Service

I have a personal loan with FNB. i was behind with Payments for about three months, there after i started paying gain, then becuase my instalement was 2000 i was paying 3500 to oget my accout up to date.

Firstly there was a problem with the 1500 becuase i had agreed to it thinking that they are reducing mu instalment because i was under financial constrainits, only to find that they are deductng the 3500. i was fine with that bu the point is that i was told incorrect information and when i assked Unilaw about it they said to me the person who spoke to me was no longer in the business.(sad)

Anyway there after Unilaw says they do not receive my 1500 payments above my instalments but the money i s being deducted from my accout which is very starnge. then now i have random 600 rands being deducted froom my account by FNB which i did not authourise and further to that there is no reference on the debit order.

I was under the impressioin that FNB was a proffessional service but they are actually not, they drag in third parties and they are nnont aligned between themselves and the customer suffers at the end of the day.

I am looking forward to finishing all my dealings with them and cut ties with them. and i do not advise anyone to take a loan with FNB. further to that. really dissapointing.
