Very Bad service

I tried to get help from the secure chat from FNB a simple things as a settlement letter and i was treated like an idiot they kept on saying disconnected and they will connect me that happened about 5 times and still did not get any help i really do not know why they dont help me i just need to pay my account not be treated like **** because i am not a millionaire
