Very bad service

I recommend a friend to FNB because I don't have problems with them, but the service is ridiculous. She app**** a week ago for a new acoount and when they requested proof of residence she phoned back to find out where she can send it to and after speaking to 8 people (that did not know where she can send it to) they gave her this email address ***. She still did not get any feedback from FNB. This is very disappointing.

I just saw a "Switch to FNB" add on tv and realized that it is false advertising.
