Very bad service

With this Convid 19 pandemic I went into the Bellville branch to put a hold on my accounts until we resume work I was told that I must take out a loan to cover my debt for 3 months of which means I will be taking out a loan to cover a loan. When we resume then I will have 2 loans to pay off of which I cannot afford.
