VERY BAD OVERSEAS CLIENT SERVICE

Recently, I was overseas and used the wrong pin on my FNB credit card. The card was blocked and when I phoned from Laos to the Johannesburg call centre on 11 December 2017, I got the most terrible assistance ever. The call centre agents are NOT PROPERLY TRAINED AND UNABLE TO ASSIST YOU IN DIRE NEED. I did not have my cheque card with me, because why should I travel with both my credit and cheque cards. So they could not verify whatever was suppose to be done. It was a struggle to call from overseas, but did anyone at FNB try to call me back to assist? It was not even an option that was offered to me. Did I get any further assistance from FNB? NONE WHATSOEVER!! I had to abandon my call for help since I could not do anything online and the problem was not resolved. I did not even receive a follow-up email to ask if my problem was resolved. Why do I still bank with these guys? Why do I keep my investments with them? But each month and with each transaction I pay banking charges that is not there to assist me in need. I want someone from FNB to help me with answers to this bad experience I had!!
