Very bad debt review service delivery and taking shortcuts to make money

I am still having a nightmare with FNB debtreview department. After 1 year of trying to sort out the accounts with them and debtrescue, they still can not get it right.

They made a mix up with the accounts and payments, also, after trying to rectify the issue FNB recons I am behind on payments, which I am not, they never updated their system correctly to reflect the true amounts which it was supposed to be.

This is the worst bank in South Africa, stay away!!!!!!!!
