Very bad customer service from Simone

I always received very good service from FNB but I just received the most unprofessional call from a consultant. After informing her that I am unable to talk now as I am at work, she very rudely told me that "I am also at work and that is why I am phoning you now". After a back and forth conversation and me requesting that she phone me back at 5pm she "No I cannot as I also work until 5pm". I did not get her surname but the consultants name is Simone and she is the reason why I want to close my account.
