very bad customer service

I requested for my money to be reversed in July and I was told to send an e-mail with some document which I did. To this date I have not been assisted though on the e-mail I received stated the issue will be resolved within 5 working days. Today marks exactly 3 weeks, their agents are rude, undermining. Very bad customer service and disappointing from such a big establishment.
