Very bad customer service

Very bad service. I'm at Diepkloof Square branch. The customer service is very bad. 5 consultant are failing to help 9 people. It very quiet and we understand there is covid but waiting for four hours and only 9 people. The staff is busy doing in and out in the Branch and we don't get helped.
