VERY BAD BANK TO SETTLE TRANSACTIONS
FNB service is very poor now, I bought items end of March using my card and have money all along and the bank only take that money this month 22 of April what the hell is that while I bought 31 March or the bank is *****ing people. Please good people be aware of this because when we swipe we know that after 2 to 3 day that amount is settled.

26 Apr 2021, 14:03Till today no communication from FNB they only send messages which I don't understand no one call to follow up on this. Communication & their service is very poor, because even u call them they play music till your air time finished or you call FNB as their customers and asked to call you back they won't.
