Very bad and no assistance assistance

Fnb loan department is really a bad department even being at the brunch was a problem to get hold of someone to assist me on the loan problem that I am having where I have paid more then the loan amount and I am still struggling to get any assistance from FNB Loans department it is really bad facing this without any help or assistance from FNB and very frustrating. To pay a loan of R118657,26 and paing back R156 600 till date thinking I am finish and shocked to find out that I am not even done it's really frustrating I cannot believe that FNB would play me dirty like this
