Very Appalling Service at FNB Randburg Square branch
<p>I had a very bad customer experience at FNB Randburg Square branch. Had to wait for 45 mintutes to make a deposit. Queue was long with only 2 tellers available. People kept on turning back because of the queue. The place was stuffy which just made everything worse. Poor overworked employees, they just had to listen to customers complain and focus on their job at hand </p>
