Very appalling service

Services is bad ref:YMZ ***2

I went to deposit money into the business account at Fnb atms in bank city an amount of R13000 and the machine registered only R12700 then I cancelled the deposit..

But the money did not come it printed the slip went inside the bank to report this and I was told the money will be credited into the account that afternoon or the following day latest but it's been three days already and it's no sign of any funds been credited into the account, I did not even get a call to explain to why or they are working on the issue..

Can someone seat on this issue soonest as we need to pay people...
