Very angry with FNB

FNB has allowed unauthorised debit orders to debit my account and now they taking me pillar to post to reverse those debit orders. I am very angry and disappointed at FNB. How can you refuse to do a reversal on the debit order that I’m telling you that is unauthorised 😡😡😡😡
