Very angry. Money ****** by fnb out of my account

I am very angry, fnb has been taking money out of my account under and labeling it as #itrms paid no funds, yesterday they took R225. I have been banking with fnb since 2011 and all of a sudden this is happening. The day before they took R90. I have an Aspire account and the pricing guide says nothing about R225 charges for missed payments on top of that I know I haven't missed any debit orders. It would be unfortunate for me to change banks after so long but I can't afford to have money constantly taken out of my account. I have been an advocate for fnb for so long a day this is absolutely ridiculous.
