Very angry customer and willing to escalate this matter further t

FNB life insurance just decided to send me a message saying my cover is terminated. I am puzzled as too how so cause every month a debit order goes through. I mean the reason is what that they decide to terminate without even calling me and like why is my debit order going through to pay for something that they out of the blue terminate. I need a proper explanation cause this time it is serious war because when I lost my dad they terminated the cover even though I called them for over 5/6 months. This has to come to an end
