Very Angry Customer

It is with regard to my revolving loan, i have paid back more than 20% of the funds but i still can not access the funds, I am told the balance has to be adleast 15% yet i have passed that mark a while back. Honestly i would never recommend people to use FNB they are a **** bank. I am so ****ed in the morning
