VERY ANGRY @ LOSS OF MONEY AND NO CONTACT

In December 2021 I deposited money into my account at the FNB in Brooklyn Mall, Pretoria. However there were some problems with the machine and it ended up swallowing my money and it was not deposited into my account. I then had to sit at the bank for over an hour and fill out forms. I was told that I would be contacted within five to seven working days in order for the amount of money to be confirmed and then put into my account. After two weeks I contacted FNB again and was told that another email would be sent regarding my concerns. Once again, told that someone would get back to me in five to seven working days. That was around 21 December 2021. I still have not received any contact NOR my money.
