Very Angry

I have tried calling and only 1 off my 4 enquires was solved. We all know If you do not have funds in you account No transaction will go off.. if you do not have a overdraft....on the 2nd Nov I used my card twice and after FNB debited my account with additional amounts and only refunded 1....this is how they steel our money....
