Very angry
Had a personal loan with fnb, i settled the loan on 13 november. End November my monthly payment was deducted, had to call 5 times before I got refund, first time reported was 30 nov, finally got money 20 dec, now Fnb has thr audacity to deduct AGAIN yesterday!!!!!!!!!! I want this attended to and immediate refund.. no excuse for this!!!!
