Very ********* and pathetic customer service

Very disappointed in FNB. Their customer service is pathetic and they are *********. Approving debit order mandate without me accepting it. They did not even send me a sms to approve or decline.

Further could they not even give me an answer on how it happened. You need to refund me FNB
