Good day, <br> <br> I have been trying from last year to update my liberty insurance and add some benefits.<br> But i first need a letter from FNB approving these changes. <br> I have already send 3 emails to [Email Removed] but i don't get any reply.<br> Every time i receive a email stating that they received my email and will respond within 48h. Its been 366h from my first email, and i still have not received a reply. After that i send a 2nd email and a 3rd (24/02/2015).<br> <br> On the confirmation email they sent there is a telephone number i can contact if i have any queries. This number does not work either i tried calling it the entire day of 25/02/2015, with no answer.<br> <br> Please assist me with this letters as the email service does not seem to work.
