Verified payment missing. FNB refuse to hep.
On 15 December 2014 an amount of R850.00 was paid from an FNB account to my ABSA account. By the 20th the payment had not been received. I verified this payment on the FNB website using all the verification codes as supp****. FNB confirmed that the payment had indeed been made. To date I have not received this payment. I contacted ABSA who can only help me as far as \they never received such a payment from FNB". I contacted FNB who informed that they can't help me"
