<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>For some odd reason when I contact the FNB call centre, they send me in circles saying they will put me through to someone to sort my 'verified by visa' query out. No one as yet has managed to sort it out for me. I do not know who to contact now. I need it to be done already. I do not know why they do things half way through at the branch every time we go there.</p> <p> </p> <p>Disgruntled!!</p>
