Verification process

FNB surely has THE worse possible verification system!!! I do not care if it's a secure system or not i WILL NOT type my pin in to verify myself!!! All banks including FNB warns us daily about phishing ****s and to NEVER give out your pin, yet you ask for my bank cards pin in order to verify me! Biggest joke ever!!! Change your verification processes. There is no way i feel comfortable to give my pin to anybody, not even your secured system. There are many other ways to verify someone, my pin is not one of them. If you want to ask for a pin, have a system that asks your for a secret pin just for verification purposes, not your bank card pin numbers! Your agents say they can't even do verifications anymore by asking me personal questions that only i will know? It's shocking that this is the only way FNB can assist clients telephonically!

Now i remember why I changed to another bank a few months ago. Think its time I totally switch and close my account.
