Verification

so finally after been holding for ore than an hour i spoke to one of the consultant to assist me the system still couldn't verify me it says the card number its not linked to any profile how is this possible when you are able to take your monthly fees this is just frustrating i dont have time to go to the branch on a month end weekend this was suppose to be fixed because is there technical issue not my issue am punching the correct information real am tired of FNB this is such an inconvenient to me and my time am done am closing this account as soon as i get assistance
