Vehicle premium reimbur*****t query.

I had a vehicle insurance with FNB short term insurance and my vehicle got involved in accident in November 2023. The insurance paid out an amount which was the market value of the vehicle as per the policy document. Even though the vehicle no longer existed FNB short term insurance continued debiting the premiums from my account. I noticed in February this year that the insurance did not stop deducting money from my policy even after the car has been written off. I notified FNB short term insurance about this matter and I was paid an amount of R4800 as reimbur*****t for the premiums which were debited from my bank account as from November 2023 to February 2024..

The monthly premium for the policy was R1222 and I paid that for 14 months but I was reimbursed only R4800. I sent an email query to FNB short term insurance concerning that and the response I got was that the incident happened in October 2024 meaning the amount paid was from November 2024 to February 2025. The email detailing the abovementioned response has since disappeared from my inbox without me deleting it.

I sent other emails requesting that they rectify this error twice after their last response, of which the latest was on Friday the 07th March 2025 but there is still no response.
