Vehicle licence renewal service is dismal

I have app**** for a licence disc renewal in august via mobile app,I am still waiting for my disc after i paid and sent the supporting docs already,the progress tracker on my app as disappeared and reappeard twice,still no licence disc,and after sending complaint mails nobody calls me,not even my money was given back.So in the end I lost almost R800,didnt get my licence disc and also no way of contacting the renewals department as they dont respond on emails.Any fine I get will be for FNB's account as of now
