Vehicle licence disc renewal process failure, still waiting for disc after 3 weeks!

I had made an application to renew my vehicle licence disc on the nav-Car app. The system did not allow me to upload the required documents, but gladly took the money that was due. Eventually when this was corrected, there is a further delay with processing the renewal. It is now 14 business days since I made the application, paid for, and no disc- received. My vehicle licence has passed the grace period and now I will be liable for any fines, because of the complete failure on FNB. The matter was escalated but with no effect. HORRIBLE service from FNB.
