VCS Right Cover - **** Merchant
The is a R 99.00 amount that's been going off my account for the past 2 months. It does not come off as a debit order so I cannot reverse it. This company is a **** and I asked their ***** detection department to block this merchant (I know for a fact they can do this).
Holding for the ***** department is a nightmare, after being transferred to multiple departments i still could not be helped. I have changed my card but this didn't help with anything.
I need you guys to block this Merchant and a refund would be nice too.
