Vcs Right Cover

The is a R 59.00 amount that's been going off my account for the past 2 months. It does not come off as a debit order so I cannot reverse it. I asked their ***** department to block this merchant. Holding for the ***** department is a nightmare, after being transferred to multiple departments i still could not be helped. I have changed my card twice but this didn't help with anything . I need you guys to block this Merchant.
