Vcs right cover

The R59 is still going off from my account. I dont know why is so difficult for FNB to stop this. I have been dealing with this issue for the past 4 months. Last month they refunded me R59 which is for one month but this thing has not stopped. This is so disappointing and tiring because they are not helipng me. I need this metchant to br blocked fron my account. This does not come as a debit order so i cant reverse it and dealing with FNB department is so difficult they never help they keep transefering me to different department and the call just drop.
