VAPS insyrance department is pathetic

It's absolutely crazy how easy it is to take out a Scratch&Dent and Tyre&Rim policy on the mobile app, very easy & convenient without even talking to anyone, but when you want to cancel the policy you cannot do it on the app... I've sent a message on 17 October to cancel my policies and I was told it has been allocated to the correct department, but I'm still waiting for confirmation of cancelation... Pathetic.
