Vanishing purchased lottery tickets history on FNB App

My purchased lottery tickets history before May 2025, have all mysteriously and alarming vanished from my FNB App lottery channel. FNB is not forthcoming with a plausible answer for this development other than apologising for the late winnings deposit. This obfuscation of consumer information is a violation of consumer protection legislation, in that it prohibits customers to verify purchased tickets against Lotto draw results - in light of the 12 months winning tickets claim period. This whole scenario smacks of data interception for *****ulent use.
