VALUE ADDED SERVICES

Can you please explain what is Value Added Service Fees. Last month this 'fee' cost R240.90 and this month its R219. I already have an account fee (R105) and i pay bank charges and fees on almost every transaction AS WELL AS a Service Fee which is taken from my account monthly. I would like an explanation and breakdown of Value Added Service Fees because I really doubt that if I am paying for everything on my account, how can there still be extra charges. I'm very annoyed because this means that collectively, all my charges on my bank account could amount to around R300-R400 per month, which was not sold to me when i opened this account - i was informed of one amount per month.

Can FNB please get back as soon as possible because I am comsidering moving my account elsewhere.
