Value added service fee
<p>Each and every month i get charged this value added service fee, on top of my monthly service fee and i dont even know what its all about. This is just unacceptable, meaning am actualy paying two times more on a gold cheque account than my counterparts at other banks like standard or nedbank, please can i get an explanation on this because i never signed to be double charged. </p>

When choosing some convenient and value added services, there is a charge irrespective of the pricing option selected. The value added services are eWallet transactions, Balance alerts, Payment notifications (Email, SMS, Fax), Electronic subscription services (Schedule Payment Alert, My Limit Alert), Online Banking Payment History (older than 3 months), immediate clearance payments done via online banking.
