Value added service fee!!!

I was billed 300 plus for value added service fees!!! I was NEVER informed about any such fees when my account was changed. I am seriously angry and considering leaving FNB. I just started working and I can't afford random fees that I was not informed about, especially if it is 3 hundred rand at a time.
