Valentine's Delivery

I ordered a 'whole nine yards' valentine's package via the [URL Removed] website. The package included roses, chocolates, a balloon and a teddy bear. The delivery was for 13 February 2015, in time for valentines. The delivery of just the bear and ballon took place. Ebucks promised me the package would be delivered in full by 15 February 2015, after Valentines I might add. To date, this has not happened. I asked for a full refund and was told this would be rectified by 16 February, and no further feedback has been given.
