Utterly utterly DISGUSTED 2

This is in reference to my complaint yesterday, and the follow up I received from your complaints division. FNB Forex is insisting that my former employer's email address is the one on my profile, and that I should go to a branch to change it. (Will you pay for my flight to South Africa FNB?)

FNB please address the following: Why has all bank transactions for the last few years, including Forex been to my private email address? Why, when I went to check that everything is in order before leaving was it my private email address that was on my profile? And why, after requesting your Ombudsmans details from 3 different people/entities at FNB has this still not be given to me?

Good day Ryan,

Thank you for your posting.

Your comments had been escalated to a manager in the FNB Forex department.

Please note, every time you log a complaint a new reference number is issued and your complaint filters to the back of the queue which delays the matter. Kindly provide the business unit the opportunity to investigate and provide a resolution before logging any other complaints.

Regards,

Hello Peter Complaints Team

As I have said above. This complaint is in response to the feedback I received from FNB relating to this complaint yesterday. Therefore, the business unit did investigate, and came back to me insisting that the email address they used is the one on my profile, and that I should go into a branch to change. I am repeating, your Forex department was the one who came to me this morning insisting that my former employer's email is the one on my profile, despite all the info and reasoning I provided in my initial complaint. if an investigation did not take place, why reply to me insisting something?
