Utterly useless call centre, with even more useless on line communication. I have been trying on a few occasions to order a new Debit card. You start a chat and then it just stops. Trying to call is even more frustrating and even more of a useless exercise! All you get out of them is how much the delivery fee is going to be. No wonder people join Capitec. Even Tymbank is more effective.

I also find it highly offending that I have an ITC Credit score of 704 out of 740 and have been with FNB for 14 years but I am still considered to be a risk for credit. Even though I can get, and have had from just about any bank. It is clearly time to also part ways
