Utterly unacceptable service from FNB

Not only is this compony arrogant to change my December debit order without my consent, they also as a supposedly professional financial institution base their activity on assumptions of when my salary will be in my account. On top of that after phoning the actual number provided in the above sms notification, spending almost half an hour on the phone, getting transferred 5 times, and getting my call dropped on me twice. This now formally stand that i did try to contact FNB in response to their unauthorized early debit order deduction to which they are un reachable. If the debit order try to go off early and i receive a penalty deduction i will take this to the ombudsman.
