Utterly Rude and ***** case

So FNB ***** how can anyone over draw anyone account which the account owner can not even overdraw his or her own account what type of ***** is this which other have authorized to do but the account owner do not have authority to do secondly when I called the ***** department the agent was utterly utterly Rude rude and disrespectful and shouted with attitude what nonsense is this how can they even employ people with no respect and on top of it FNB even charges me again for the overdrawn no funds meaning i was charged over +- R1700 which I had to pay for no reason and then the ***** agent is still rude
