Utterly Poor Service and no accountability
I have been sending countless emails to *** with no response since last week. It's so unfortunate to trust a bank with my money and at the end of it all this is the kind of treatment I receive with my own money. Please consider this as my last resort to sort out this problem and if you are unable to resolve I have no other choice but to take it up with the Banking Ombudsman.

08 Sept 2020, 09:56To be honest its seems like to only get help or some sort of response a client needs to make threats or write to Hellopeter. As much as I did get a response and some assistance my matter is not yet resolved and even when I ask for more information I still dont recieve any kind of response or acknowledgement. Can you guys reply all emails when a client is asking for something
